Use equipment responsibly and return it to its proper place after use
Clean equipment after use to maintain hygiene standards

4. Payment & Billing
All fees are due at the time of registration or renewal. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific membership agreement.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your membership by providing written notice. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary based on your membership plan. Please contact our team for specific cancellation procedures.
6. Health & Safety
By using our facilities, you confirm that you are in good physical health. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically cleared to engage in physical activity. AJS FITNESS is not liable for injuries sustained while using our services. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use lockers provided and avoid bringing valuables to the gym. AJS FITNESS provides secure locker facilities for your convenience, but ultimate responsibility for personal items rests with you.
8. Suspension & Termination
AJS FITNESS reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct deemed inappropriate by our staff. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members of Kolkata's premier gym.
